Reasons for a user being offline.

Enumerator

UserOfflineQuit: 0: The user quits the call.
UserOfflineDropped: 1: The SDK times out and the user drops offline because no data packet is received within a certain period of time.

Attention: If the user quits the call and the message is not passed to the SDK (due to an unreliable channel), the SDK assumes the user dropped offline.
UserOfflineBecomeAudience: 2: The user switches the client role from the host to the audience.
