RegisterObserver
Registers a PlayerObserver player observer object.

Before calling this method, you need to implement an interface class that inherits from PlayerObserver.
Timing
This method must be called after Player is invoked.
Parameters

- Instance of the PlayerObserver interface object. See PlayerObserver.

Return Values
Whether the registration is successful:
- true: Registration succeeds.
- false: Registration fails.
