Success: The caller receives the AgoraRtmLocalInvitationSendBlock object with the `AgoraRtmInvitationApiCallErrorOk` state and the localInvitationReceivedByPeer callback. The callee receives the remoteInvitationReceived callback. Failure: The caller receives the AgoraRtmLocalInvitationSendBlock object with an error code.
